If goods are damaged in transit, acknowledge receipt of "damaged goods" and contact Turners Sports immediately to lodge a claim.

If unpacked goods are faulty or incomplete, contact Turners Sports to determine return instructions.

Refunds are not guaranteed; choose products carefully. Staff will test returned items for defects.

All sales governed by Consumer Guarantees Act.

All Warranties fall under the Consumer Guarantees Act with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
